This program provides additional funding and preparation to UC Davis faculty and staff already planning international travel who want to connect with partner institutions, alumni, and supporters around the world. By increasing the visibility of UC Davis' international presence and creating meaningful connections worldwide, faculty and staff become ambassadors for the university.

UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
Committed to solving some of today’s most pressing challenges—near and far—UC Davis recently joined two United Nations (UN) networks: the UN Academic Impact (UNAI) and the U.S. Chapter of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN USA), generating opportunities for matching the expertise at UC Davis with funding and partnerships to collaboratively find solutions for global challenges.

Funding Announcements and Workshops
Global Affairs provides announcements of various funding opportunities related to international research, teaching, and service—and partners with UC Davis departments and units, as well as with senior government and foundation officials to host funding workshops that assist faculty and staff members in securing funding from highly competitive international grant programs.
Fulbright Program Opportunities
The Fulbright Program offers a range of research and professional exchange opportunities in over 130 countries for faculty and staff, and it brings international scholars and students to UC Davis for collaborations that transform the campus community and build bridges to all parts of the world.
