Dr. Heghine Grigoryan is a lecturer of environmental law and land law at Yerevan State University, Faculty of Law. Her research at UC Davis focuses on the correlation of local self-governance model and climate change adaptation planning on the community level, including issues on gender responsiveness. The most recent research by Dr. Grigoryan has been devoted to legal aspects of migration as a climate change adaptation strategy. In addition, she has been actively involved in development of the National Adaptation Program to Climate Change and National climate architecture.
