Wilsona Jalloh has over five years of experience as a governance and development consultant. Currently, Wilsona is a Senior Analyst at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, an institution that works closely with African governments with the sole aim of making globalization work for the many not for the few. She currently supports the Mayor of Freetown City, in Freetown Sierra Leone. Her role involves setting up systems and processes at the city level for the operationalization of the Mayor's vision. Wilsona holds a bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Political Science from the Fourah Bay College University of Sierra Leone. Wilsona is passionate about youth empowerment and is a promising future leader in transforming youth in Sierra Leone. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Wilsona plans to continue her work in Sierra Leone to foster capacity building of the public sector and youth empowerment.
