About Beauty Gaeses

Beauty Gaeses earned a bachelor's degree in environmental health sciences and is currently pursuing a master's degree in environmental engineering.  She is currently a safety advisor in the mining industry, with eight years of experience developing, implementing, and monitoring an integrated management system for safety, quality, health, the environment, and public health management.  She co-founded a team that invests in community projects.  The executed projects provide the community with knowledge, courage, awareness, and skills to help them navigate and achieve their intended purpose.  She feels that completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship will provide her with the skills and knowledge she needs to realize her long-term professional, leadership, and community capacity-building goals through the use of modern technologies.
