Marcia Dinis Chitas has over ten years of experience in the oil and gas industry.  Marcia is a contract engineer for TotalEnergies EP Angola, where she specializes in engineering contracts, projects, works, and subsea services.  She is Angola's leading operator in deep and ultra-deep offshore activities.  Marcia developed @tellallgirl in 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, a program that emphasizes the importance of feminine representation in young girls' lives in order to facilitate their future success while also promoting gender equality and inclusion.  Marcia has a bachelor's degree in international relations.  She is self-motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, and hardworking.  Marcia thinks that dreams do not come easily and that the more difficult the challenge, the greater the reward.  After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Marcia intends to build a training center to mentor, educate, elevate, and promote females, providing them with the tools they need to succeed and demonstrating that they, too, can dream big.  Marcia also intends to pursue intellectually stimulating opportunities within her organization.
